Return and Refund Policy
We offer a fair and transparent Return and Refund Policy to protect interests of our consumers and independent distributors.
Return Eligibility: You may return a product if
- It is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
- It is unused, unopened, and in saleable condition with original packaging.
- The return request is raised within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for the following
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Products without original packaging or invoice.
- Free gifts, promotional items, or samples.
Return Process: To initiate a return
- Provide your Order ID, reason for return and supporting images (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or self-shipping process.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued within 10 working days after approval and inspection.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card) or as store credit.
Exchange Policy
If the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost after verification. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Shipping Charges on Returns
- If the return is due to WOW FMCG’s error (damaged, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In case of customer-initiated returns, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
Returns by Distributors
- Distributors may return unsold goods within 30 days of purchase.
- Only marketable, unopened, and resalable items will be accepted.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; the return process must be followed.
