Objective:
To ensure that all grievances from distributors, resellers, and customers are addressed promptly, fairly, and transparently.
Scope: This mechanism covers complaints related to:
- Product quality or delivery issues
- Commission or payout discrepancies
- Misconduct by distributors or company staff
- Violation of Code of Conduct
- Misrepresentation or misleading claims
- Any other concerns regarding the WOW FMCG business
